Are all graded cards authentic?
Yes. All graded cards are authenticated and graded by recognised professional grading services. Each card is sold exactly as listed and photographed.
Where are you based?
We are based in Switzerland and ship all orders from Switzerland.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on destination, but all items are packed carefully and securely.
What payment methods do you support?
We support common payment methods including major credit cards, paypal and other options shown at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only if an item is not as described. Sealed products cannot be returned once opened. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order.
Can I request specific cards or grades?
Yes, you’re welcome to contact us with requests for specific cards or grades. We can’t guarantee availability, but we’re happy to let you know if something becomes possible.
Do you offer investment advice?

How are prices determined at SleeveIt?
Prices at SleeveIt are based on a combination of acquisition cost, logistics, handling, operating expenses, and a sustainable margin that allows us to operate responsibly as a small, Swiss-based collector store.
We do not price products based on short-term hype, artificial scarcity, or speculative resale tactics. If a product is listed in our store, it is because we consider it collectible and fairly priced within the current market context.
Prices may differ from international marketplaces due to factors such as Swiss-based sourcing, local shipping, import handling, and product selection. All prices are final and reflect the condition, rarity, and curation standards applied by SleeveIt.
Do you offer price adjustments or refunds if prices change?
No. Prices at SleeveIt may change at any time based on availability, market conditions, or curation decisions.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the purchase price is final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or price adjustments if a product’s price changes after purchase.
